About Us

Panoramic Event Design began as a collective of hospitality artisans, who recognized a common frustration within the event world. Time and time again event hosts would be forced to hire no less than TEN separate vendors to achieve one result. With that in mind we asked ourselves; what if event hosts could have those same ten vendors, but all under ONE roof, in ONE contract, working as ONE team? What a novelty & a game-changing idea that would be! And with that in 2023, Panoramic Event Design was born. Don't let our age fool you, the Panoramic Event Design Team has been an active part of the fine dining and high-end event world for over 15 years. You can trust that when it comes to hospitality we bring a truly panoramic view!

Janina has been an organizer forever, a dreamer for always, a visionary for life, and a go-getter since day one! Her passion for events stems from her love of the theater, dance, and performance arts world. As a theater kid growing up she fell in love with the magic of the process behind a production. Starting from simple words on a script to becoming something real; fueled by a palpable live energy that brought people together. Everything from the costumes to the lighting, to the music, to the audience reactions, and all of the hardworking people behind the process, fascinated her like no other!

As she grew older she found a second love, as an event producer and wondered how she could combine her two loves into one exciting career?

Years later, with a Hospitality Degree in Event Management, a Lighting Design career, and a decade of work inside the top luxury event market - here she is! Still in love with what she does best; and here to take it all to the next level!

When she is not in event mode, you can find Janina out quad roller skating, dancing like it's 1969, working on her culinary & craft mixology training, analyzing films and TV series for deeper meanings, and traveling the world with her hubby!

After being recruited by a close friend to work in a restaurant due to his outgoing personality & hard work ethic;

Ethan fell in love with the hustle and bustle of the food and beverage scene and has been committed to the hospitality industry ever since.

With a true passion for gourmet cuisine, hand-crafted cocktails, and world-class wines, he pursued and received his

degree in Hospitality and Business Management from Northern Arizona University. Since then, Ethan has been blessed to work in two Michelin Star-recommended restaurants, as well as working for a world-class luxury resort.

Catering to high-end clientele for over a decade has helped Ethan hone his hospitality skillset to another level! Ethan has a keen eye for the little details others often dismiss, and a penchant for hosting, serving, facilitating conversations, and crafting memorable experiences for others.

Ethan’s hobbies outside of hospitality and events include playing basketball, snowboarding on fresh powder in the

mountains, and playing the guitar. You can catch him trying out new restaurants and attending music

concerts and festivals with his wife.

As an ambitious individual who came from Europe to live out her American dream; Tamara developed a deep passion for celebrating life through planning events, décor + design, and helping people fulfill their dreams!

Coming from a family-oriented culture, Tamara knows the ins and outs of personalized hospitality; and taking care of business from a thoughtful approach. Faced with high-end clientele and many challenges in her field, she has developed a dynamic work ethic within the top dining, event, and luxury real estate markets.

She is the ultimate organizer and someone who can instantly connect with anyone from all walks of life. She is a clear communicator who is fluent in several languages ranging all the way from Serbian to Spanish!

Tamara is often the first and last one on the dancefloor, so she is no stranger to hosting a great party! Her warm and infectious spirit can encourage even the shyest of guests to step into their moment to shine

Tamara’s biggest passions outside of hospitality are dance and entertainment. She also loves deep house music, rollerblading, ice skating & traveling!

Meet Kieu (she/they), the mastermind behind the bar at Coupe Glass Events. As a sustainable craft cocktail enthusiast based in Irvine, Kieu takes pride in handcrafting syrups, cordials, and infusions using locally sourced and sustainably produced ingredients. A true Orange County native, Kieu has brought her expertise to wedding and corporate bars from Gilroy to San Diego.

Specializing in tailoring cocktails to diverse cultural cuisines, including Mexican, Korean, Chinese, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Indian, Italian, Japanese, Filipino, Indonesian, and Taiwanese, Kieu is passionate about creating personalized craft cocktails for your unique occasion.

Beyond cocktails, you'll find Kieu lifting weights at the gym, strolling with her cats Cynar and Genepy, indulging in anime, hosting dear friends, or experimenting with plant-based recipes. Elevate your events with Kieu's creativity and a touch of sustainable elegance!

Michael is the ultimate local host with the most, who can create a conversation and a cocktail for literally anyone! A hospitality aficionado with over 10+ years in the industry, Michael found a love for the Bar + Craft Mixology World and has launched luxury bar programs at many local fine dining establishments including Fishouse Santa Barbara, Lucky's Montecito, The Montecito Inn, and the Rosewood Miramar Beach Resort. Michael is also a master of N/A and low ABV Mixology creating unique and intentional beverages for our friends within the sober community!

Beyond the bar, you will find Michael out on the water! With a huge passion for fish and game life, and his motto "When I'm not working, I'm Fishing" this fisherman can be seen on his boat either catching the latest haul, or cooking up an aquatic feast to share with family and friends.

Michael also enjoys international travel with a twist such as his recent travels biking across Thailand and Vietnam; and trying out the newest and most unique foods up and down the central coast.
