 This package is quantified for any additional events where a Panoramic Team member is needed outside of the primary event date or location. 

 Secondary Events Include:

• Rehearsals* + Rehearsal Dinners
• Day-After Brunches + Lunches

* Rehearsals not taking place on the event date are considered secondary events. Pricing varies depending on the sizing, scope, & travel of the secondary event. 

Bar Pouring Service | Just need one or two last-minute bartenders to fill in your vendor team? This package is for you! Our bartenders will arrive for the event hours only and assist with your bar service.

Bar Pouring Services  |  Alcohol-Free Bartending Services for those looking for an elevated N/A Beverage Experience! Can include custom beverage creation from Mocktails to Spritzers to tingle your tastebuds without the buzz!

Bar Pouring Services | Beer, Wine, (1) Signature Cocktail, Non-Alcoholic Beverages. Includes Bottle Storage + Packing, Return to Clients + Bar Waste Removal.

Bartending Services | Includes up to: (4) Liquors, (2) Beers, (2) Wines, (1-2) Signature Cocktails, and Non-Alcoholic Beverages, Bottle  Storage + Packing, Return to Clients + Bar Waste Removal.

Bartending Services | Includes a Combination of the above Packages + Bar Menu Creation | Clients work one-on-one with a master mixologist who:

• Creates Custom Signature Cocktails, Low ABV,  or Mocktails  
• Bar Menu Design and Display 
• Assistance in Bar Supply Shopping - we will create detailed lists for clients to help them shop for all beverage items and quantities needed for a successful event.

All Beverage Packages are LABOR services only. Clients are responsible for providing all of their own bar supplies including: appropriate bar surfaces, glassware, liquor, ingredients, trash & waste removal, and an appropriate place nearby to rinse out bar glassware + tools as needed.

Panoramic Team Bartenders + Mixologists will provide their own bar tools appropriate for the package chosen. ** Please note that all Beverage Packages will have a 20% service gratuity added to the final total. **  

Server, Busser or Expeditor | Just need one or two last-minute banquet staff to round out your vendor team? This package is for you! Our server, busser, or expo will arrive early onsite for a meeting with your catering + planner team before the event to go over their specific service duties needed. Then they will take it from there! and assist with all discussed duties during your event hours.

Server Team  |  Coverage of all service elements of dining. Service styles include: Guest Assisted Food Stations, Buffet, Plated, or Family Style Dinner Service | Pricing Varies by Serving Style and Total Guest Count.

Banquet Packages are LABOR services only; clients & client's hired catering team are responsible for providing Panoramic Event Staff with all appropriate information regarding service style and menu. serving-ware, serving utensils. For the Full Platter Package:  a proper scullery space with cleaning supplies and simple waste removal access is.  Please note that all Banquet packages will have a 20% service gratuity added to the final total. **

All Guest Services include setup & breakdown within their listed pricing. They do not include travel fees for services outside of local range. We do charge additional transport fees for venues located at a significant distance from parking & a quick load-in; or if load-in has difficult entry access (steep or sloped hills/several flights of stairs etc..) to accommodate the additional load-in & load-out time accumulated.
