Event Coordination Packages

Event Management

Day-Of Coordination: 1-3 Months Before The Event

  • (1) Video Consultation
  • (1) Venue Walkthrough - if applicable
  • (1) Event Rehearsal - if applicable
  • Unlimited Phone Calls, Emails, Text Communication Throughout The Coordination Process
  • Creation + Distribution of Event Day Timelines, Layouts + Vendor Logistics
  • Onsite Team Coverage For The Event From Setup To Break Down
  • (1) Follow-Up Check In - 1 Week Post Event

Month-To-Month Coordination: 3-6 Months Before the Event

  • Includes all of the same services listed above in the Day-Of Coordination Package 
  • Also includes More In-Depth Planning, Communication, and Collaboration With Your Hired Event Vendor Team.

Partial Planning + Coordination: 6 Months -1 Year Before The Event

Includes all in the above packages AND:


  • Assistance with personal projects such as creating seating charts, invitation, menu, program designs, & more!
  • Access & Personal Referrals To Our Preferred Vendors 
  • Vendor Accounting + Closing Of All Remaining Balance Bookings & Certificate Of Insurance Collection on your behalf.
  • First Pick + Discounted Rates On Items From Our Rental Inventory

Secondary Event Coordination

$150-$200

 ** Secondary Events Require This Add-On Package **

 This package is quantified for any additional events where a Panoramic Team member is needed outside of the primary event date or location. 


 Secondary Events Include (but aren't limited to): 

  • In-Person Meetings
  • Food & Beverage Tastings
  • Rehearsals (if applicable) & Rehearsal Dinners
  • Welcome Parties
  • Day-After Brunches + Lunches


* Rehearsals not taking place on the event date or not at the primary event location are considered secondary events.*

The Clopener

Bar Pouring Service | Just need one or two last-minute bartenders to fill in your vendor team? This package is for you! Our bartenders will arrive for the contracted event hours only and assist with your bar service. 


This package does not  include bar setup or breakdown. Just pouring during event hours only.

N/A For Me Bartender

Bar Pouring Service | Alcohol-Free Bartending for those looking for an elevated N/A Beverage Experience! Can include custom beverage creation from Mocktails to Spritzers to tingle your tastebuds without the buzz! Our team will arrive for the contracted event hours only.

Bubbles + Brews

Full Bartending Services | Includes Bar Services for Beer, Wine, (2) Signature Cocktails, and Non-Alcoholic Beverages. 


This Package Includes Bar Setup & Breakdown, and Basic Cleanup, Bottle Storage + Packing, and Extra Inventory Return to Clients Vehicle or  Onsite Suite + Bar Waste Removal.

On The Rocks

$2,000

Full Bartending Service | Includes up to: (4) Liquors, (2) Beers, (2) Wines, (1-2) Signature Cocktails, and Non-Alcoholic Beverages. 


This Package Includes Bar Setup + Breakdown, and Basic Cleanup, Bottle Storage + Packing, and Extra Inventory Return to Clients Vehicle or Onsite Suite +  Bar Waste Removal.

Shake Me Something Custom

$2,500

Full Bartending Service | Includes the above Packages AND: 

  • Clients work one-on-one with a master mixologist who creates Custom Signature Cocktails, Low ABV, or Mocktails for the event
  • Custom Bar Menu Design
  • Assists Clients in Bar Shopping - we will create detailed lists for clients to help them shop for all bar items and quantities needed for a successful event.

** A NOTE FOR ALL BEVERAGE PACKAGES **

All Beverage Packages are LABOR services only. Clients are responsible for providing all of their own bar supplies including: appropriate bar surfaces, glassware, liquor, ingredients, trash & waste removal, and an appropriate place nearby to rinse out bar glassware + tools as needed.


Panoramic Team Bartenders + Mixologists will provide their own bar tools appropriate for the package chosen. 


** PLEASE NOTE: That all Beverage Packages will have a 20% service gratuity added to the final total. **  


Banquet Management

Event Servers, Food Runners, and Scullery Services

We'll Take It To Go

$150-$350

Server, Busser or Expeditor | Just need one or two last-minute banquet staff to round out your vendor team? This package is for you! Our server, busser, or expo will arrive early onsite for a meeting with your catering + planner team before the event to go over their specific service duties needed. Then they will take it from there! and assist with all discussed duties during your event hours 


This package does not include scullery, dish packing, or other dish duties beyond basic food waste.

A Couple of Suits

$500-$800

Server Team  |  A team of (3-4) Servers  (Can be more) To cover all service elements of dining. Service styles include: Guest Assisted Food Stations, Buffet, Plated, or Family Style Dinner Service.  


This package does not include scullery, dish packing, or other dish duties beyond basic food waste.

Full Platter

$1,200 - $1,500

Full Server Team + Scullery | All Services provided in the A Couple of Suits Package + Does include  Scullery (Washing) of all Dish & Flatware Rentals +  Re-Packing all dish rentals for vendor pickup

** A NOTE FOR ALL BANQUET PACKAGES **

Banquet Packages are LABOR services only; the clients & catering team are responsible for providing Panoramic with all information & service tools regarding catering style, menus, table layout, linens, flatware, serving-ware, glassware & utensils in advance.


The Full Platter Package requires a proper scullery space with cleaning supplies & simple waste removal provided by the venue or clients.

Personal Picnic Service  |  A perfect outdoor fresco experience for two! For dates, gal pals, or for anyone you would like to enjoy a scenic dining experience with! Includes: A festive picnic set up from a large variety of themes and color  of blankets, floor seating + pillows, a wooden charcuterie board table with customized food offerings of snacks+ treats, Glasses & a bottle of your favorite beverage, seasonal flowers, a custom sign, and a retro Bluetooth speaker to play your favorite tunes! 

Picnic Party

$350 - $500

Personal Picnic Service | Includes a slightly upgraded setup from the Charcuterie + Bevs Package ideal for parties of 4-6 guests. 

Movie Night

$150+

Personal Movie Services | Upgrade your Home Movie Experience. Great for sleepovers, girls nights, guys nights, or family nights. 

Includes: Thematic décor of your choosing, a DIY photo booth w/ polaroid cameras + props, a snacking board with various menu options for treats and snacks to choose from, and a custom cinematic-themed beverage for super sippin!


Don't Wine If I Do

$500

Customized Wine Pairings | Perfect for wine lovers, or for fresh grapes who want to learn a little more off the vine!  Also great for surprising your friends & colleagues with an elevated tasting experience. We cover all set up,  purchasing, wine service, education, & cleanup. 


Need a chef? We know quite a few who we can connect you with, to help create the ultimate pairing menu to wow your guests!

** A NOTE FOR ALL GUEST SERVICE PACKAGES **

All Guest Services include setup & breakdown within their listed pricing. They do not include travel fees. 


We do charge additional transport fees for venues located at a significant distance from parking; or if the area has difficult entry or exit access (steep or sloped hills/several flights of stairs, tight corridors, etc..) to accommodate the additional load-in & load-out time accumulated.
